How are you doing today ?
 

A friend of mine introduced me to a new Internet Marketing
resource and I was delighted to find out that it was indeed
a great resource.

I'm proud to share it with you today. So, here we go.

His name is Alex Sampson and he teaches 5 effective ways to

all the techniques yet but I'll let you see in a few weeks

To Be A Champion, Become A Child

Have you ever wondered what successful people have that
makes them successful?

Ever wonder how those champion recruiters in your company
manage, month after month, to get the most new recruits,
the biggest bonuses, the largest paychecks?

Well let me tell you a secret. No one starts out as a
Champion. Most of them started out like you and me.

So what is it that makes a Champion different from the
rest?

Champions have an attitude, a mindset that sets them apart
from the rest. But most of these qualities are not
exceptional.

Indeed each and every one of us possesses these qualities
when we start out in life. But somewhere along the way we
tend to lose them and diminish our own potential.

To be a Champion, you must first become a Child! Let me
explain:

1. Champions are Willing to Learn.

Children come into this world with an innate desire to
learn, to understand the world around them.

They are like sponges observing and absorbing every fact,
every reaction. Because they know that their very survival
depends on it.

One of the most important, and oft-repeated, qualities we
need to succeed in business is a willingness to learn - to
be teachable.

To become a champion, you must be willing to educate
yourself or be educated, to read about, learn and absorb
all the things you need to know, even if they are
completely new to you.

If you don't, you are doomed to failure from the start.

2. Champions are Willing to Act

Have you notice how children completely geared towards
action? As soon as they learn a new skill, they want to put
it into action.

Champions are the same. They put their newly learned skills
to use, taking concrete steps to improve their performance,
so they can take their business to the next level.

They know that they must act on what they have learned,
even if they haven't perfected it. Which brings me to their
next quality.

3. Champions are Not Afraid to Fail

Just as a child picks itself up again and again, every time
it falls while taking its first steps, champions are not
afraid to fall down or fail.

They know that failure is the best teacher. They learn from
their mistakes and keep fine-tuning their methods till they
succeed.

Champions have the courage to fall down and not be
discouraged. They pick themselves up and keep trying.

4. Champions are Willing to Adapt

Darwin got it wrong.

Survival does not happen to the Fittest, but to the Most
Adaptable.

As children, we adapt to long-term change relatively
easily. We are more willing to accept situations and adapt
our behavior accordingly.

Unfortunately, as we grow older, we become more rigid in
our thinking, unwilling to accept that there may be better
ways of doing things.

In a changing business scenario, resistance to change makes
us obsolete. We end up losing out to players with a better
understanding of changing trends.

Champions are those who can adapt themselves and their
business to changing trends.

5. Champions are Willing to Innovate

Children are extremely inventive beings. They come into
this world with no preconceived notions of doing things. In
their minds there are no limits to what they can do or how
they can do it.

Champions apply these very principles to take their
business to the top.

They not only learn from what has been done before. They
find ways of doing it more efficiently, more cheaply, more
successfully.

As Shiv Khera, motivation coach and author of "You Can Win"
puts it, "Winners don't do different things. They do things
differently."

You don't have to be like a child in all respects to
succeed. It's probably not even desirable.

But if your pre-conceived notions, fears and hesitation are
preventing you from reaching your goals, try looking at the
world through a child's eyes.

At best you will improve your chances of success, at worst
you'll remain young at heart.

3. ARTICLE - Becoming a Leader

Becoming a Leader

A leader in our company recently asked me, “With all this great
training available, how can any of us fail?”

The answer is sobering . . .

"Most of us plateau when we lose the tension between where we
are and where we ought to be." (John Gardiner).

So, without leading YOURSELF to build up the tension that's
required to ratchet UP our own self-motivation -- by dream
building and crafting increasingly stronger visions of where we
KNOW we MUST be in our near futures -- IT’S EASY TO FAIL.
Because we end up staying on that plateau – wherever that is.
High or low or in the middle somewhere. If we’ve been stuck
there a while, we’re ON a plateau.

And it’s easy to fail because it's so easy to stay the same (or
even go into debt and become worse off than before). For some,
that's tolerable -- hardly ideal, but tolerable. For those who
refuse to tolerate their current situation any longer, and
insist on DOING the things necessary to affect a change, THEIR
scenery changes; THEIR situations improve; THEIR bank accounts
grow bigger as they get paid what they're worth.

And they're worth MORE as they engage in consistent, daily
ACTIONS to EXPOSE their network marketing business and their
great products or services to more and more people -- thus,
helping more and more people to FIND great, effective SOLUTIONS
to their financial needs and to enjoy the benefits of the
special products or services offered.

For years, I have observed that one can be swimming in a sea of
rich, rewarding educational information, and still not become
successful. Why?

Because, unless one TAKES ACTION (ideally, all out, MASSIVE
ACTION), we’re staying stuck on that plateau. We need to find
the best ideas in that sea of information -- the gems of
training, the greatest tips that are offered up -- and then ACT.
We need to USE the best tools our company (and our industry)
have made available to help each of us recommend and promote our
outstanding business opportunity and our products or services.

And unless we DO the things that create exposure and then also
DO the follow-up to get questions answered and people PLUGGED IN
to their educational systems and tools, we can easily fail. All
of us make this choice daily . . .

Do you ever get the question, "So, what does the average person
actually make in this business?" Dr. Jeffery Morrison, a
successful leader in the first networking company I was involved
with 15 years ago, answered that important question this way...

"ZIP, ZERO, NADDA, BUPKISS. THE ‘AVERAGE’ PERSON IN NETWORK
MARKETING MAKES NOTHING.” Why?

BECAUSE THEY CHOOSE TO STAY AVERAGE.

Those who choose NOT to stay average and who choose to GROW and
take ACTION -- THEY change themselves, and in that process, they
change their world, their circumstances and the options
increasingly available to the many OTHERS they encounter.
That's now networks grow -- from the leadership that you provide!

And WHO decides that you’re a LEADER? YOU do . . .

YOU have to simply declare in your mind that YOU are going to BE
that leader. That YOU are going to take on increasingly larger
leadership roles. And then you tell others that you’re ready,
and you either ask for or ASSUME more responsibility. It all
begins with YOU. After you decide to become the leader that
your organization needs, you’ll need to focus on what ACTIONS to
take to create positive change, to create results, to create
impact.

What actions?

Observe what other leaders DO. Find out what the real leaders
in your company are DOING, and what they DID to get where they
are – then do the same. Follow the trail they’ve blazed.

Then, you too can lead by EXAMPLE. People tend to DO what their
upline is doing. All too frequently, that upline is not doing
enough – sometimes, only the bare minimum. So, look HIGHER UP
if you need to. What are the true leaders DOING who are making
money? And what did they do MORE of early on to grow their
organizations to the size they’re at now? What did they do to
create momentum?

Generally, not enough people are calling their upline leaders
ASKING these questions. ASKING for help with 3-way calls.
That’s one reason why there aren’t more people at the top of
your company’s compensation pay plan – because too many people
are content with staying at or near “average.” It doesn’t pay.

Years ago, I learned this from one of our industries great, true
leaders, Frank Keefer: "To make your life count for something,
sooner or later, whether you want to or not, you must become a
leader. What limits success is lack of leadership. The number
of other leaders created is the barometer of True Leadership.
The greater the leader, the greater the number of Leaders
created."

Are you a leader worthy of enough followers? Followers that are
inspired enough to develop into greater leaders themselves? If
not, why not?

While we’re all swimming in that SEA of rich information on how
to succeed in network marketing, ARE YOU DRINKING IN ENOUGH
NOURISHMENT? And what are you DOING with that knowledge?
APPLYING it and TAKING ACTION – to show leadership and create
impact?

You’ve got the info in this fine eZine, and from countless other
resources available to you. You’ve got new tools you’ve
purchased, and old tape albums and books that are scattered
around your home or office.

Have you reviewed them lately? Revisited their wisdom? Are
there some resources which have never been cracked open? What
secrets lie inside – waiting to be implemented by YOU? So your
impact will be greater – and your bank account will GROW as you
influence more people?

The question, for each of us, is always "Am I taking enough
ACTION to change myself, and so, then, to change my world and
the worlds of so many others I affect -- both on my own and
through my growing network?

With your company’s business offering and all the tools now
available, you CAN create change. You CAN find the focused
direction to your goals. YOU can have HUGE impact! I'm working
